The event scenario Must be detailed and include the whole event: it is the last days, and I will miss the people. I send out a message to all the citizens to come to the Capitol and say goodbye. I am looking to bring as many as I can. And I will give a bonus to all who come. But I am only giving them 10 minutes to come. My passion is to help the people of Los Santos, and this is but one small way I can touch many people's lives.
