Rejected Ban For Targeting An ORG | Jonny Odds

So on 26.12.2025 Me along with my friend ID 289580. The reason for the ban was targeting an ORG but as far I knew targeting an ORG is baiting an ORG to do rule breaks and then post them on forums as gang to get the whole ORG punished like as if I go near to there HQ then camp it and when they come outside I shoot them and if they run inside I post it or like if I am baiting them to any kind of rule break as running inside an event zone and running out and baiting them to shoot outside or in general purpose any rule break that could be baited. But I was not doing any of that I was not baiting any of them to do rule break in fact the forums I posted on that ORG all of them were approved or rather reviewed and explained to me as any kind of game bug or visual bug or something else. All of my forums were approved none of them were for any rule break which was baited by me. Most of the rule breaks they did was G.H.R 1.7 which is a real basic gang rule and I cant bait them to no wear gang clothes additionally there was some fail rp and more. All the forums which I posted were genuine rule breaks which can not be baited at all and it was nothing new for that ORG they were not taking any kind of actions against the people who were breaking rules on daily basis as the ORG leader and deputies are supposed to take care of their gang members doing rule breaks and deal with it internally. Multiple people who got punished for same mistake repeated it which could have been solved if actions were taken by their HCS but they seem to not care about it and just blame it onto me saying I'm targeting org when I posted genuine rule breaks. When I did rule breaks I got instantly punished so in my opinion when someone else is doing it and taking unfair advantage or being toxic to me they should get punished too. I only posted them for their rule breaks when they were toxic to me while robbing or did any CR or took unfair advantages in fight which were clear in the forums I made. I knew what targeting an ORG meant so I was just minding my own business doing my own thing I was ghetto clapping which I was doing for months nothing new about that and when I killed a lot of people from same gang at certain amount of time they started accusing me of cheats and when I died and I'm about to get robbed they robbed me and abused just for being good at shooting and killing them while getting robbed I never did any rule breaks I complied with all their demands did everything they said and during the robbing period if someone was toxic to me I made sure to get him punished. Despite having more POVS where it showed more G.H.R 1.7 Proofs NLR Proofs E.R 1.2 Proofs E.R 1.11Proofs and more on I never posted those as the people doing it were not toxic nor were provoking or doing anything which I don't like. I made sure only the toxic ones get posted by me and as all of my forums were approved and I knew I was not baiting any rule breaks I couldn't figure out why I got banned for targeting an ORG. Back in days people used to tell me and ID 289580 that we are targeting the ORG but we knew we were not baiting any rule breaks from their side which cant be considered as org targeting. We were minding our own business ghetto clapping which we were doing for a very long time. Just bc of killing some people in ghetto after they died they accused us of targeting and it became a joke for us as we were not doing it so we used to make jokes out of it and laugh it off. Being accused of doing something which I was not is a good thing to joke about. So bc of all this I was not sure at what part I did targeting an ORG so today I dmed jonny to ask about what was the specific thing which was considered as targeting an ORG from my side so that I know what did I do wrong and don't repeat the same mistake again but I couldn't get the answer. I asked ID 289580 about it and he said he got banned bc someone sent a pov to jonny where he said he was targeting and lying to jonny and when I asked him what did he lie about he said he doesn't knows as well. I wonder if I got banned for that same POV as well or not as I never said anything like that ingame yes I made jokes out of this targeting thing in my personal VCs but I never thought that it could get me banned as the words I said were not matching the things I was doing as if I were to target I would just bait rule breaks which again I was not doing. I could show some POVS which shows as clear rule break from that ORGS side but never posted it as in that specific sit no one was toxic to me.

I would have made unban appeal earlier but I was busy OOC and I couldn't figure out what could I have done which was considered as targeting. During these 19 days of ban I lost my apartment which had many untradeable and unique items and couldn't take part in events which I wanted too. I got off from work for few days and I was wondering if I could get unbanned or not as still now I don't know about what did I do wrong specifically. I would really appreciate if u unban me and let me play and if there was any mistake which I had done and which can be forgiven please forgive and let me play and if its not for unban please let me know about the specific reason So I never repeat the same mistake again.

Unfortunately, we have proof where you and your friend planned exactly this - to target the org "until they close". Even if that would not be the case, if you know theres a gang constantly rulebreaking, why wouldnt you simply stop driving there every 20 minutes? Simply go around them, not provoke until they come and do it again. You very well know that the game sometimes has issues loading in clothings, so you just spam-visited their HQ until you saw a bug and then provoked interaction. You are full correctly banned for this.
