Hello dear Admin Team,
I would like to submit a ban appeal, as I believe that I was banned without a valid reason.
I received a POV request from a player named “Yaman YapmaNolursun” (ID: 20434) and I saw the request. After that, the admin put the POV request under consideration. As soon as I noticed this, I immediately searched for my POV and sent it to the admin.
Despite this, the admin later accepted the POV request with the reason that I did not deliver a POV (Event Rule 1.7) and banned me for 30 days. I do not understand this decision, because the request was not accepted beforehand and I was never informed about how much time I had to submit the POV or what exactly was required.
Additionally, I was not told whether I had to send only the kill POV or the full POV. From my understanding, the admin normally has to accept the request first and then inform the player what exactly needs to be delivered. I even wrote under my POV that I could provide the full POV or a higher-quality version if needed, without any problem.
Today, when I came home, I saw that I had been banned, which is why I am submitting this appeal now. If you need or want my full POV, I can provide it immediately.
