I am writing to appeal my ban related to a PC check.
I would like to clearly state that the PC check was never actually conducted. No files were reviewed, no remote access or screen sharing took place, and the admin did not inspect my computer in any way.
At the time, I did not have Discord, and I also do not understand English well. Because of this language and communication issue, I did not fully understand what was required from me, and I unintentionally failed to cooperate properly. There was no intention to refuse or evade the PC check.
If I had understood the instructions correctly, I would have fully cooperated. I am still ready and willing to undergo a full PC check at any time.
Since no PC check was completed and no prohibited software was found, I respectfully ask for reconsideration of my ban. I kindly request another opportunity to complete the PC check properly.
