Hello,
I was banned for rule 1.4 GR. having more than 2 account. According to the rules, the punishment should be a 60-day ban on the main account but I received a permanent ban instead. Also, an additional reason was added promoting cheats. I have never promoted cheats in any way. This reason is incorrect.
