Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1. Reviving activity and purpose within The Families
The Families have strong potential but lack consistent, coordination, and leadership presence. I believe the organization needs a leader who is actively involved daily, sets clear expectations, and ensures members always have a purpose when they come online. My focus will be on structured leadership, accountability, and regular engagement to bring life back into the gang.
2. Proven leadership experience suited for rebuilding organizations
Having served as deputy for x2 terms and High Command in illegal organizations, along with High Command roles in most legal organizations, I understand how to manage members, and restore activity in organizations that are struggling. This experience allows me to identify issues early, correct them efficiently, and keep the organization stable and active.
3. Clear vision and commitment to long-term growth
I am not applying for this position for short-term authority, but to rebuild The Families into a respected and active gang. With a clear hierarchy, consistent leadership involvement, and organized internal management, I aim to transform the organization into one that members enjoy being part of and others take seriously across the city.
Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
- Gradual improvement by stability: Instead of rushing everyone to come online for activity , I will go slow and steadily making all members comfortable in the gang. While maintaining discipline of the gang aswell ,without making the admins take actions.
- Consistent leadership presence: The biggest improvement comes from leadership being active and involved daily. When members see leadership online, guiding and coordinating them, activity becomes natural instead of forced. I would focus on being present, approachable, and clear in decision-making. Also , I will make sure that when I am not online the deputies direct them properly.
- Clear promotions structure: I will make sure that no one below 10 years in the city should join the gang to prevent from any mishappening. I will inform the deputies that they must promote people based on their activity and efforts towards the gang. Also, I will not just focus on adding people , I will also demote members who are not putting enough efforts.
