2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Lifeinvader is a crucial part of this game, it's an organization that enlightens people's creativity! I have a lot of experience in state and crime. I was LSPD / FIB leader and Vagos leader, I was also deputy of organizations multiple times. Each time I learned more and more about this game and improved my behavior / skills and anything that was required at the time. During my time playing I have gained numerous perspectives and I have realized that some orgs are not respected well enough. Mainly the orgs are Lifeinvader and EMS, I want to change that. I want to bring glory and respect back into the organization.
Mainly, I want to show a strong presence from Lifeinvader. As a man that has led many orgs I have experience of just doing this. I will focus on events trying to host at least 1 if not 2 each day for both timezones morning and night. We will also try to add new twists to events so they are enjoyable for our employees as well as the citizens of Los Santos. I believe employees matter just as much as the citizens. I will host some events that only the staff can participate in and win a variety of prizes (Not only money
) The main department I will focus on will be the journalism department. In my opinion this department needs to catch up, I want to bring new ideas - new ways - new methods in this department that not only improve it but also make it fun. Another main idea I have is to make sure my junior employees are well noticed. I want to make them feel like we are a family so I will add bonuses and prizes just in place for these low ranking employees. Some prizes are: Plat primes, Battlepasses(If permitted), Clothing and many more. You may be wondering if discipline will be in place and I can assure you it will, fun is important but rules also must be followed and I know I will be held accountable for that so my goal would be to make sure everyone is properly trained and knows what they are doing. I want to build memories with my employees that they will remember for the time they play grand RP. It's not just an organization when I take leadership for me it's the dedication I put in and how good the organization becomes. The organization's prosperity is what is important to me and I am sure I can handle this mission.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
As a person, I believe mistakes are okay. Everyone makes mistakes, and the best part about them is that you learn from them, sometimes they come with harsh punishments, but you learn what not to do. As leader of LI, I will ensure to be aware and considerate. Especially with new life invaders because we were all once there, and it feels good knowing there are high commands that understand you when you make mistakes and not just directly go against you. I will encourage employees to work hard and be dedicated, ensuring we have employees and high command of the week. Listening, communication, and collaboration will be a big part of my term. I will make sure to communicate with employees to make sure their questions and wonders are answered, and listen to those who have ideas, opinions, and suggestions.
I will also ensure a balance of employees to make sure there is not only people in the Ads department but every department has people. My job is appreciating my employees and making sure they are well accounted for and that's what I will do. I want to introduce an old wish of mine of making new ideas for Lifeinvader such as creating tours of our HQ to show newcomers what our organization brings and what benefits they get from joining.
