1. To improve professionalism and roleplay quality
I want to lead EMS to ensure high standards of professionalism, realistic medical roleplay, and proper conduct at all times. A strong EMS leadership helps create immersive scenarios, better interactions with civilians and law enforcement, and overall higher-quality roleplay on Grand RP.
2. To support and develop EMS members
As a leader, I want to train, guide, and motivate EMS staff so they can perform confidently and correctly in all situations. By providing clear structure, fair management, and regular training, I can help members improve their skills, enjoy their roles, and stay active within the organization.
3. To ensure organization, fairness, and reliability
I want to make sure EMS is well-organized, responsive, and fair to everyone. This includes managing shifts, responding quickly to emergencies, handling internal issues professionally, and ensuring EMS is always available and reliable for the city. 1. Regular training and RP scenarios
Organize frequent medical trainings and realistic RP scenarios (accidents, shootings, mass casualties) to help EMS members practice proper procedures and improve their confidence during real situations.
2. Clear RP rules and standards
Establish clear guidelines for medical roleplay, communication, and behavior. This helps ensure consistency, realism, and professionalism among all EMS members during every interaction.
