I already tried everything in this project expect being a admin, I tried being a deputy, being a leader and etc and now my target is being admin and help people in the direct moment. - What are your strengths?

I am playing in this project for over 3 years and i of course learned all of the rules and I was leader also when i was deputy, I carried too many terms with most activity and everything so when i be admin i will make the players happy and fun.
