Hello Dear Higher-Ups,
I am writing this appeal with full respect and sincerity. I was banned for 7 days for “Bug Abuse” related to caravan stealing, and I truly feel this happened due to a misunderstanding. I only stole and transported one caravan a single time, exactly as the in-game system allows, and I received the standard 50 family points. I never repeated the action to get more than 50 points at one time, never tried to exploit anything, and never intended to gain any unfair advantage.
At that moment, I honestly did not know that using the normal caravan steal feature once could be considered bug abuse. I followed what the game itself allowed me to do, without any intention to break rules or harm the server in any way.
During the 7-day ban period, I used my other account (ID: 93054) only to continue playing normally. I did not evade punishment, use cheats, or do anything against server rules. Today, seeing both my accounts blacklisted for 60 days has left me genuinely confused and heartbroken, as I truly care about this server and have never tried to ruin the RP or gain unfair benefits.
If I made any mistake unknowingly, I sincerely apologize from my heart. It was never my intention to abuse a bug or disrespect the rules. I have always tried to play fairly and contribute positively to the server, and this punishment feels extremely heavy for something I did not realize was wrong.
I humbly request you to please review my case once again and give me another chance. I promise to be more careful, follow every rule strictly, and avoid any action that could even look like a violation in the future.
