Hello I would like to request a review of my account ban status.
First, my main account was banned for minus settings. During this ban period, I was also flagged and temporarily banned for cheats on both my main and twink accounts. I fully cooperated and passed the PC check, after which the cheat-related bans were lifted

After clearing the PC check, I created a forum request to get unbanned in-game. However, even though the cheat ban was removed, my account is still showing a 56-day ban duration instead of opening earlier. please look into the matter.
