In the timestamp 2:22 the FIB officer can be seen clearly doing bug abuse (getting the name of the persons nearby in the PDA) because he didn’t even search his pockets for the identification

You cant use another person-s POV to report them , you need to submit your own POV , if the reviewing admin of the original forum finds rule violations from the player that submited the forum they will punished as well .
