I was casually testing my car and this guy started provoking me. He engaged RP with foreign language and started punching me for no reason as well as provoking a reaction from my end. On purpose he spawned his vehicle multiple times over mine just to provoke. A few seconds later he decided that he is an "FIB" and refused to put on FIB clothes or show me his ID therefore makes me think he is trying to impersonate a state agent. Not sure if this is punishable or against the rules but it shouldn't be an acceptable behavior.
A random dude also appeared from somewhere who punched both me and him and after that they both started punching each other in the green zone.
