I am a new player on the EN3 server with Player ID: 157904. I am still learning the game and sincerely trying to gain experience by playing regularly, usually around 4 hours daily.
I recently noticed that my account shows a ban for Anticheat #1013, issued on 17-01-2026 for 9999 days by Napal Fedorov. I am not very familiar with anticheat-related issues, but according to my understanding and research, this ban may be related to frequent disconnections. I kindly request confirmation if my understanding is correct.
I would like to honestly explain my situation. Recently, my Wi-Fi recharge expired, so I have been playing the game using mobile data. Unfortunately, my mobile network has been unstable for the past few days. Due to this poor network connection, my game disconnected multiple times, and even my Social Club account disconnected repeatedly while playing, forcing me to reconnect to the game several times.
On 16-01-2026, the network issue was at its peak, and I had no option but to reconnect multiple times due to continuous disconnections. I would like to clearly state that this was not intentional, and I had no intention to exploit, bypass, or violate any server rules or anticheat systems.
I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused due to this issue. I respectfully request you to please review my case and consider unbanning my player ID. If my Social Club account has also been affected, I kindly request that it be reviewed and unbanned as well.
I am genuinely interested in continuing my journey on Grand RP, learning the rules properly, and improving my roleplay experience while strictly following server guidelines.
