1. Why do you want to become an Assistant admin ?
- I want to help keep the city fair and enjoyable for everyone. I like helping people, solving issues, and making sure rules are followed properly without ruining RP. I also want to learn more about how the server is managed and improve myself.
2. What positions have you held in the city? (Crime/State/Leader of Unofficial)
- I was one of the high commanders in the Ballas gang, and I’m currently rank 9 in the Bloods gang. These roles taught me leadership, responsibility, and how to handle conflict in RP.
3. What are your strengths?
- I’m calm, patient, fair, and good at listening. I handle pressure well, learn fast, and stay respectful even in stressful situations.
4. What are your weaknesses?
- Sometimes I focus too much on details, but I’m working on being faster while staying accurate.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team by Being Assistant ?
- Strong communication, leadership experience, problem solving, and the ability to stay neutral. I understand both player and gang perspectives.
7. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment?
- No major issues. Some days I may be slightly less active, but when I’m online I stay focused and productive.
