Dear Higher Ups,
I hope you are all doing well. A few days ago, I submitted my application for an admin position. My form was rejected once or twice due to formatting issues, as I am not very familiar with the correct admin application format. After correcting it, my form went under consideration, and I was very happy because it has always been my dream to become an admin.
I want to clarify that I have not done anything wrong in the server. I haven’t received any punishment for a long time, I haven’t applied for any other positions, and I have not engaged in any behavior that could reduce trust. Many others apply for leadership positions and sometimes do things during the interview that affect their trust, but I have not done any of that.
I was surprised when my application was rejected with the reason that I would be blacklisted due to “lack of trust.” I don’t understand why this decision was made. I have also seen another person who will be blacklisted, and when they asked for reason, the admin said “ Proper decision was taken.”
I believe that if you told the exact reason for being blacklisted, it would help me to understand and improve. I kindly request that you explain why my application was rejected and why i am at risk of being blacklisted. This will help me to learn from my mistakes and grow as players and applicants.
I’m not saying you made the wrong decision you are always right. I just want to understand the reason why I was admin blacklisted for “lack of trust.”
