2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
LifeInvader is one of the most prestigious organizations in the city, and taking its leadership is a dream!
Since the beginning of my journey on this project, I have worked with multiple organizations, but no organization has connected with me as much as LifeInvader has.

I worked in EN3 LifeInvader for more than a year and got myself from a Trainee to the CEO position. I led the organization successfully 3 times as Deputy ( COO ) and 2 times as CEO, and the leadership has faced no issue in managing it. Currently in EN1, I am working in the organization and hold the position of Deputy Director of IA. I have been in a high command position for the last 3 terms and have actively contributed to the organization.

I genuinely think I have the ability to motivate change and create a significant impact, thanks to my past strong leadership abilities.
No matter where I lead, I'm dedicated to contributing to the organization in the best way via hard work and collaboration.
I know about all departments, and how they are working, I know how to handle the city's best Organization Lifeinvader.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
Leading with Purpose and Influence:
As a leader, I would have a planned purpose to improve the organization and an opportunity to have a greater impact on the direction and success of our organization. I have a strong desire to promote constructive change, and I think that in a leadership role, I can effect meaningful transformations that benefit our team and the broader community we serve in Los Santos.

Creating the Right Environment: At our organization, we prioritize fostering a friendly and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and respected. Especially needs to ensure friendly behavior from the high command among employees. As a leader, I would prioritize constructive criticism in a friendly way, so that every employee can have feedback on their work, and it helps them to prevent their mistakes in the future.

Collaborate with Other Organizations: LifeInvader works for citizens. LifeInvader can roleplay as the media partner for other organizations by promoting State Organizations' recruitment process, and promoting their events or initiatives. Working with other organizations not only promoted LifeInvader Services but also created a good relationship between LifeInvader and other organizations.

Recruiting Process: During the hiring process, the High Command from Human Resources needs to be professional before allowing any employees. I will make sure that professional HR is in place so that all employees go through a pair interview, testing, and training session as well.

Ads Team: This department is the most important, and it needs to run 24 hours a day. To maintain it, a leader has to recruit employees from different time zones employees also set high commands for different time shifts. I will make sure the maximum number of employees for different time zones to clear out the PDA and maintain the right flow of ads. I will hire employees from different time zones, especially for Night and morning shifts, and there will be an additional bonus for the employees who will work on night-morning shifts. I have a plan in mind that the employees who work during the night and morning shift will get extra bonuses depending on the number of ads they edit during that time.

Event Team: The event team needs extra care because it promotes LifeInvader among citizens through organization events and promotional materials.
I committed myself to hosting the most generous and unique events as I did during my term in EN3. I will hire more employees for the event team, arrange a lot of creative, fun, and unique Events to spread the Work of life invaders among Citizens.

News Team: This department is responsible for covering news, articles, and interviews in the city. For the improvement of this department, we need to make sure creative and professional reporters are available on time. It's most important to have coverage for every major occurrence in the city and deliver the latest news to the citizens. I will make sure that employees from different time zones and high commands cover daily incidents in Los Santos and provide the latest news to citizens.

Human Resources: The HR department plays a vital role in the hiring process, as this department only focuses on improving the recruitment process. I discussed with the high command of this department to implement a roster system so that we can track whether we need more employees for any shift or not. This department also maintained that supervisors are doing their work as per their responsibility and correcting supervisors if they make any mistakes in application reviews, interviews, and tests.

Internal Affairs: The Internal Affairs department played a vital role in the organization by checking all departments, which helps to maintain the right flow of the organization. The department is responsible for managing internal situations such as checking inactive invaders, strikes, warnings, LOA, and LI complaints. This department also corrects employees' and high command's mistakes and guides them about their responsibilities within the organization.

Supervisor: I have worked as a supervisor, as this is the beginning of a high command position. During the term, it's my responsibility to make sure that Asst.Supervisors get proper training to verify themselves in this role. The main responsibility of a supervisor is to boost the LI hiring process by reviewing applications, conducting interviews, taking tests, and trained new employees. As a leader, I'll ensure to have active and professional supervisors during the term.

Manager: This department is the main one that maintains LI service tickets. Will make sure that Asst.Managers get proper training to be in this role. As its main work is to maintain LI tickets, I will ensure the coverage of different time zones in the high command in this position, and choose active and professional individuals for this position. Ensure the right flow of the ticket and provide satisfactory service to our customers.

🧿 As a Leader, I will make sure all the High Command and employees work professionally. Make sure all the High Command work based on their rank and responsibilities in each of the departments ( Ads, Event, News, HR & IA ).

🧿 Organizing unique, fun-filled events regularly, events with custom decorations that bring citizens together through exciting and consistent experiences.
