0:12 - 0:22 I heard the gunshots from inisde the DOC cells. 0:32 I reached at the situation where I saw my colleague unconscious and 157964, 229054 these two holding guns inside the DOC near the body of my colleague. It's crystal clear that they did a violation of gz 1.1 (Shooting inside DOC which is considered as an unscripted gz). Just to justify my action of use of lethal force (Firearms code 5.6.2 c) On the Grounds of a Direct Threat).
