The event idea in details (Must be a special/big event, no quick common events allowed.) : Sheriff has made the decision to test Los Santos residents' IQs on a bright winter's morning to make sure they haven't become mentally frozen.
How the event works? Three eager Los Santos residents will be given a puzzle by the sheriff; if they correctly answer, they will get $100,000.
Prize for the winner(s): $100.000 each there will be three riddles in total one for each.
