Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.
  • ID 229210 will receive a punishment for GR 6.15 (RDM).
  • As seen in the POV, not engaging in proper RP with the thread owner before shooting at him.
    (However cant include VDM it seems like an accident)
