Of course, there are real-life economic situations, but if I have to describe it in-game, I frequently experience the same problem when passing through the hospital highway area, and similarly in the prison area. I don't know exactly what's causing the problem, but you've probably heard of these issues before because it's not just me; my friends are experiencing this problem too. I know exactly what GR 6.2 is, and I know that a forum post can be made. I would never do this intentionally; the photo I sent is proof that I received a fatal error. I didn't do this on purpose.
