2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

A) LifeInvader has my heart. Having already led the organisation for a successful 2 terms in 2025, I understand the effort that should be put into the organisation to allow it to be the best org in the city. It's an organisation that I am consistently drawn back to, no matter where life takes me. I said the last time I applied to be leader that leading the organisation is more about responsibility than reward, but my experience since leading and the positions I've held in the org to further my leadership skills has allowed me to realise that responsibility & reward go hand in hand and that it doesn't need to be one or the other.

B) Applying for LifeInvader was and still is an easy decision for me. The journey I've taken through many terms of LifeInvader (including my own terms), has helped to shape and grow my visionary mind, my ability to accept accountability and just my overall growth as a person. My goals for progression for LifeInvader as an org was to bring the org not only into 2026, but to reshape how it's thought upon and push it into the future so that long after I'm gone people will still recognise LifeInvader as a great organisation to be a part of.

C) The support itself from all the friends I've made in and out of LifeInvader has been incredible. Allowing myself to be able to be open and forthcoming about everything I want for LifeInvader is one of the main reasons I just would enjoy to lead the organisation once again. It's never been about holding titles, but instead holding hands of the people that want to see the org flourish more than it is already just as much, if not more, than I do and to help shape those minds of those progressing their skills turn into leaders themselves.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
ADs
ADs are generally the first point of interaction between LifeInvader and the citizens of Los Santos. I want to set up "Peer Training Programs" in the sense of making a "buddy system". A section for people of the same ranks to feel comfortable in editing ADs without the pressure of HCs constantly looking over their work. It doesn't mean that the HCs wouldn't get involved but it would aid in making ADs Interns - Senior Editors more comfortable/confident in doing their jobs and meeting their requirements better. It would take the stigma off of being criticised and offer a gentler approach to teaching and learning.

Events
Events is how the org gets to showcase their creativity to the people of Los Santos. I would like to involve other organisations more, not just as a security system, but as a form of bonding and strengthening the communication between the orgs overall. Holding events for citizens every day will used as a way to form relationships with the public and to open gateways to potentially having them apply to be part of these departments. I want to host twice weekly evening events that will be employee ONLY events. The idea of this is to keep employees active and engaged. I don't want to make events citizen only anymore, I also want to offer other organisations the chance to host exciting events with LifeInvader's support and collaboration.

News
More interviews, more "in the field experiences". I want news to bring spice and excitement. More "reporting live" instead of writing about the what happened yesterday. I also want to utilise the whole building, the News Room and the interview room. I have a vision to reopen and reinvent the podcast that was created when I first led LifeInvader. I want to introduce hopefully new ideas of turning it into a talk show "A Conversation With..." and have a bunch of special guests from all over the city.

HIA
The hiring and firing base of the organisation. I want to maximise numbers within LifeInvader. Regular open recruitments, exclusive recruitments and tour-based recruitments. Open recruitments are something that's done almost daily, sometimes even twice a day. Something is missing from that. I want to introduce "tour-based recruitment". What better way to showcase how much freedom you get in LifeInvader than to recruit from anywhere? Beach, Paleto Bay, Capitol, Mirror Park pond. If you can sit there, we can set up there. I mentioned exclusive recruitments. All this means is department based recruitments, ADs/News/Events all get their chances to individually recruit as they wish to make sure they have increased numbers within their department.
