I have not played on the EN2 server for months, even years. The last time I remember playing was around 2024. Today, on 17.01.2026, I wanted to log into the server and I was faced with a GR 1.1 ban screen. However, I never shared my password or my account with anyone, and I never sold my account either. As far as I remember, my in-game name was Duru Hurmaci, which is why I wrote it like that in the title. If I were able to log into the game, I would be able to see the correct name. The ban date is shown as 2025-11-13, but at that time I was only playing on EN3, so I was not even aware of this ban. For this reason, I believe that this ban is a mistake. Please help.
