Life Story:
Rana was born in Pakistan. His father was a police officer and mother was a house wife. He grew up seeing his father and admired him for being in police and giving his all time to it. Rana father was brutally killed in action during a gang attack and he had no one in his life. His mother also died shortly after. From then he lived in harsh conditions and couldn't afford basic human needs. He walked in the footsteps of his father and become an officer. He married and had 3 kids. He has one daughter and two sons. His salary is very low for the needs for his drunk wife and small children.
Career Story:
Rana started working as a farmer in his uncle farm. He earned a little money for himself. He worked hard and came first in college. After that he joined LSPD. He earned basic salary. He wanted to make more money because of his wife and kids who have bad habits. His wife was a junkie and kids also did smoking and drugs. He made a friend named storm who was living a good life with a cop salary. He came to know about corruption after storm told him how he made a lot of money. He did all kind of illegal activity and earned money.
Outcomes:
1. Rana can take bribes (up to 100k) and request guns, ammo, or other illegal items as bribes.
2. Rana can rob/kill citizens in the ghetto, in secluded areas, with the help his friends while off duty (following GH 1.8 and SR 5.5) (not against Leo's)
3. Rana can lie about a lawyer and no need to tell him/her his/her rights.
4. Rana can refuse to show his ID to protect his identity and maintain privacy.
5. Rana can detain anyone on a false charge and then demand a bribe or weapons from them for their release, and whoever fails to give him the bribe may be arrested. (100k max)
6. Rana can use illegal weapons such as painted weapons, XXX weapons , heavy snipers and can consume drugs while on/off duty.
7. Rana can put illegal items in 10-15's or citizens' pockets/backpacks to get them arrested (with proper RP and IC reasons).
8. Rana can search suspects for their bodycams, and destroy them by smashing them on the ground. (using /try only 2 times per situation or /do after injecting truth serum).
