Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. Ive got many knowledge through the years ive been around the city and joining many orgs and being a leader in family and in a organization before. My target is to get 100% turf but that's not my only goal, my goal as well is to have much fun and to create the best memorable moments with people that i have much fun with, whether theyre people ive met now or before.
2. i am very interested in having a very successful term without any rule break and get 100% spray profit by bringing players who are interested in spraying the areas and 100% Turf with the right people. It is very important for me that the term be as fun, successful and lots of memories to be created within it.
3. ive been around for a while, and i do enjoy being part of terms and having a term that could be very entertaining for me and others. tho, this has motivated me for a while to become a leader once again and to hopefully lead ballas. By that, ill welcome everyone who wishes to achieve and have fun. It is always great to witness a term be successful, as i've seen many before.
Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
I'd keep the RP alive by participating in events such as BM riad, Gang raids, Hostages, etc
And by the members joining, ill be giving everyone bonuses due to their activity and determin to play and enjoy being part of it.
Goals for the term:
Attending all the events.
Keep spraying the ghetto.
Making sure everyone knows the rules.
100% Turfs.
Have a non toxic term, and that includes myself and the high commands.
