2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1 I would like to be the leader of EMS because I have been in EMS for few terms and seen what it is like and have a had a passion to be apart of it again and make it better than what it has been.
2.2 I would like to be the leader of EMS because there is good things that can happen for the EMS but it just needs to be pulled up and by saying this i mean that every lobby should have a person standing with a smile ready to fix people when they come threw the lobbies, There should also be a person on calls who is willing to RP no matter the situation they aren't allowed.
2.3 I would like to be the leader of EMS because with being in many positions in the EMS I seen good things and Bad things and I would like to attend some of the problems what have been in every term as Example empty lobby in Night time mainly I would like to just Keep PH2 and SH open because 1 lobby per hospital should be enough and it would kinda make easy on staff to manage them and If we got More employees we can then try manage time for lobbys make for bonus you need do 1h lobby duty a day to receive bonus that could improve lobby coverage for most of the time! I just want to create good virament for staff to work in to its be fair for all employees. I want to everyone would get they replacement and dont need to be stuck in lobbys for hours without any replacement.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 How can I improve EMS RP I would try get more HC’s to be more preforming in surgery’s
Cause I seen lot of players came in hospital and asked for MRI X-ray so I wish we would have plenty of staff to do surgery with proper logs and expierence
3.2 I would try organize more recruitments and blood donation camps I know lot of people wanna do blood donation camp sometimes it quite funny and I love how rp can make love the game and what you do as medic all tools what is needed is in youre head and if you know how to use it is really fun.
4. Whats my Experience in EMS?
I been In EMS for 8 or 9 Terms
5 terms i Been As HC from Dean of Division to COS and Deputy Chief
5 Terms I was gaining my Expierence from Fresher was receiving my trainings failed my Exam then study hard and Pass my promotion exam got promoted to Intern then next week got promoted to Resident then i got transfered to ambulance services from then I every week got 1 promotion then i got my AR clarification and begin my dutys as RO officer was attending Departments with HC's and ARO officers till I was proven I was ready to take Departments my Self and from then I got opportunity to be a HC first to Labtech but still that was still acheevment for me and I was looking forward for helping people more and more! So Kinda Saying I tryed my Best to Gain Expierence in EMS 9 terms are quite small time to improve but good enough time to learn Pros and Cons!
