was Flying over on routine air training and saw a plane on top of a building, circled back to investigate, and video self-explanatory

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report​
  • ID 69767 will receive a punishment for Fear-rp and Fail-rp(pretending to be afk/leaving the situation)​
  • for the non-rp landing part it can a crash landing maybe as did land on the airport.​
