The reason I reopened this forum is because we didn't shoot each other without request; I only opened this forum because the guy finished me off, and then the admin gave me a warning for shooting someone without request in the city. I didn't shoot anyone without request; I stated my request before the video. The admin applied the penalty without seeing the beginning of the video. I request a review. Regards.

There is no Rulebreak-for-Rulebreak. If he MK you, then you can complaint in player section.
