2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?


2.1
I do care a lot about helping people. I think that strong leadership saves lives by making sure we act quickly, even before a patient gets to the hospital. That i belief inspired me to apply for a leadership position here.
An key phase to saving a life is EMS. I want to lead with a clear goal so that the term is stronger and active.
where being professional, skilled, and kind is the most important thing. This will make sure that everyone in our term gets quick, good quality care when i will lead EMS.


2.2 Being a leader for me isnt just about getting things done every day its also about helping people growing and feelling good and get new experience troh the time. I think the best leaders are those who are team players EMS ist not a solo job we have importent job to make sure its aswell getting done. I want to create an team where we always try to get better,trust each others and show respect. This makes sure that every unit feels valued , heard, and ready to do their best work. so the term never gets inactive i ensure that our term will be one the best with me as a leader of EMS


2.3 I’m focused on keeping EMS organized and fair, And no favouritism is goint to happen its really important for me that NO favouritism is happing in my term as a Leader of EMs. When we handle stuff we will do aswell really professionally, we stay reliable for the other Organisationz, ensuring every Unit feels heard and Motivated to the work and to show the max activity, By providing strong, leadership and a fair work that everyone will get there chance to proof them self we dont look down on under rank units everyone is getting treated the same .


3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.


3.1
During my term there wont be any empty lobbys. I’ll make sure our units are active every single day so the citzen always has someone to turn to. My goal is to ensure every citizen gets the best possible experience with EMS fast, professional, and genuinely caring that is really importent for me.

3.2 I want to have active term so i will make sure to have a daily open Recruiment and daily PR activity to show the citzen our units and to Motivated other citzen to join the ems team i want to make sure everyone gets Treated good so no one quits to ensure that we build a good team for a great term.

3.3 i hate favortism i will take care. if see something is getting done because of friendship i will deal with ASAP to bring back the fair and nice team i want for EMS
