2. Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation) :​

Firstly i would like to be the Leader of Ballas as i am a person who really loves the criminal side of RolePlay and Ballas is one of the first Criminal Organizations I have joined this deep rooted love for everything criminal made me want to be a leader/deputy for a while now and i think the time is right for me to realize this passion of mine. One of my other reasons being that lately i haven't been able to experience the level of RolePlay we all love and know this server for and this made me want to take things into my own hands and make one of the most fun Ballas terms in the servers history even though this is a really ambitious goals i feel like with the help of some of the people i know we will be able to achieve this goal and see our gang be like no others. Thirdly with the experience i obtained with being in other gangs i have seen that it is a really profitable bussiness venture and i want to make it as profitable as possible for me and my gang members and i want to give people the feeling that them joining my organization wasn't only a fun experience but also a profitable one aswell with that being said these are the three most important reasons of why i want to be a leader in short i want to make people feel happy and give them an enviroment where they could grow as an rp player and as a bussinessman aswell.​

3 Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization​

Well Firstly i would like to make sure that the people that join my gang are there to have RolePlay and not for some other selfish gains. I would also like to do/host a lot of fun RolePlay events inside my gangs where people can live out their RP fantasies to the fullest and let them have a lot of chances for them to experience fun and exciting situations. I would also like to make sure that the people in my gang dont break any of the servers rules and if they do they get punished accordingly so. I would also like to make sure that my gang stands on strong legs with very experienced deputies highcommands and trustfull people in the higher ranks of the organizations to make sure that every person stays in line and has a non toxic and fun RolePlay experience while not breaking any rules. I already have some people in my mind who could fill these roles and with their help i have also constructed a theoreticall rank system if i get choosen as the leader.​
