I was attempting to issue a fine to an abandoned vehicle, and i was randomly shot at by an individual for no reason with no demands. I exited my PDA and attempted to talk to the suspect and deescalate the situation. While talking to him, he exited the vehicle and brandished his weapon and told me to leave, i began leaving and he got in his vehicle. At this point, i drew my taser and saw an opportunity to attempt to get him out the area to make the location safe for the public. He then began being very toxic and hitting me with his car. he then tried to kill me again. I tased him and attempted to cuff him to put him in jail. At this time he CL to prevent it and fail RP.
