2. Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation) :​

1. Including the Purple Legacy in the restoration.
The Ballas are a well-known brand throughout the GTA universe and the Grand RP. Gangs may often get into slumps of inactivity or they may lose their identities to so-called turf hopping. The Objective: I would love to restore the glory of East Side. I would put an emphasis on my presence in the Ghetto being a constant and used to making every member of the group a carrier of the Ballas name. I would like to make the gang not another group of people, but the one that is feared and respected on the server.

2. Tactical Turf and Events Excellence.
Grand RP is a very mechanistic and tactical driven event in relation to OOC (Out of Character) and IC (In Character) events. • The Objective: Turf Wars, Clandestine, and Carrier raids are the competitive nature that drives me. I would like to be a leader due to my vision of the highly disciplined Turf Team and strategic approach towards events. It is not merely numbers, but rather communication, positioning and making our spray map prevail through excellent organization.

3. Promoting a Strong Inter-Organizational Economy and Society.
A gang is just as strong as its least-ranking member. A lot of organizations die because members feel as cannon fodder to the objective of the leaders. • The Objective: I would introduce a justified and rewarding system of graffiti, drug sales and weapon manufacturing. With the development of a clear-cut incentive system of bonuses and rewards given to active members in the form of rank-up and financial compensation, I will be able to guarantee a high level of retention and loyalty among the members. I desire to create a place where gamers will look forward to logging in and roleplaying with their friends in purple and not merely farming loot.

3 Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization​

1. Ban RP instead of Gunplay: Have no more shooters, recruit actors. Any encounter with LSPD, civilians or competitors should not start with a bullet, but a conversation or a threat.

2. Immersive HQ Culture Teach the block to life. Oblige force members to employ emotes, have lowrider meets and respect the hierarchy. In case one of the members is brain dead or toxic OOC, kick this member at once, in order to save the reputation of the org.

3. High-Stakes Diplomacy: Go off the paper.Host sit-downs in neutral grounds to negotiate (turf and taxes). Turn losing (arrests or lost fights) into a story and not a complaint.
