1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
   I want to become an admin because I enjoy helping others and contributing to a fair and enjoyable environment on the server. Over time, I became more interested in how the server is managed rather than focusing only on my own RP. I believe I can be more useful by assisting players, resolving issues, and helping maintain order and quality RP. I am ready to step away from RP-life to fully focus on admin responsibilities and remain unbiased.

   . I tend to be very detail-oriented, which can sometimes slow me down

4. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
   I have strong communication skills and I am a good listener. I take time to understand all sides before making decisions. I speak multiple languages, which helps me communicate with a wide range of players. Being from North Africa also allows me to better communicate with players from that region. Additionally, I am often available during night hours, when there are usually fewer admins online. I enjoy supporting players, especially newcomers, by clearly explaining the rules, as many players get punished simply due to a lack of understanding.
