I am writing this message as an official admin complaint regarding my permanent ban for cleaning on English Server 2.
On January 19th, I was invited to a PC check. After approximately 30 minutes, the admins informed me that no illegal programs or suspicious files were found on my PC. After that, they checked when my PC was last reset and saw the date January 17th.
I was then asked why I had reset my PC. I explained that I had a virus on my computer, which is why I decided to do a full system reset to secure my system.
After my explanation, I was told that I would be permanently banned for cleaning, and I was removed from the server immediately.
I would like to formally complain about this decision, as there is no rule stating that resetting your PC is forbidden. A PC reset is a normal private action for maintenance or security reasons and should not be considered a rule violation, especially since nothing illegal was found during the PC check.
In my opinion, the punishment is not justified, as no evidence of cheating or prohibited software was found. I have never used cheats, mods, or any forbidden programs, and I strongly disagree with the reason given for my ban.
I am asking the administration to review this situation and the decision made by the involved admins, as I believe this ban was issued without a clear rule basis.
