As you can see at 03:35 he says "I dont have an ID, i am not an officer".. and at 03:07 he says "I am helping you guys". and he is clearly helping the bloods in this hostage situation for a good 10-15 minutes.. it is CLEAR FailRP, FearRP (he isnt fearing for hostage lives, or his own) and ALOT of GR 6.4. I believe he should be punished for all of this and possibly even a OOC state blacklist as i've seen people get them for less.
