I truly don’t understand why I was banned under GR 1.1, and this situation has been very upsetting for me. If I did anything wrong, I sincerely apologize from the bottom of my heart. I never had any intention to break the rules or cause inconvenience to anyone.

I deeply regret my mistake and humbly ask for your forgiveness. Please consider giving me one last chance. Playing again truly means a lot to me, and I promise to be more careful and strictly follow all the rules in the future.
