Hello Lebron,
a very long time ago I played on de01 (over a year) and always played fairly without cheats, and every PC check was negative. However, I was then banned for reason 1.4 for 60 days, which was my mistake and I aktzept that.
Now, after more than 1 year — if not even longer — I wanted to play on de01 again on my account, but I received the message that this account was banned by the anti-cheat for “third-party software,” which cannot be true because I haven’t played for over 1 year .
I hope you can look into this and that I can play on de01 again
