Hello, I would like to appeal the 30-day ban and explain the situation clearly.

Approved - POV REQ | 68666

• Event time: 16/01/2026 at 18:21 IC time
• POV request was posted on the forum on 18/01/2026 at 17:44

According to Rule 1.7, all participants must keep POV for 48 hours. The POV request was made almost exactly at the 48-hour limit, not earlier.

1. The player was active in game during those two days, yet the POV request was made very late, almost at the 48 hour mark. Admins can verify this through logs. I am asking for clarification if it is fair to request POV right at the limit, especially when the request could have been made much earlier while I was fully available.
2. The POV provided by the player is only 8 seconds long. Forum complaint rules clearly state: POV videos must be 1 minute or longer (exceptions only if the whole situation is clearly understandable in less time) In this case, the 8 second clip does NOT show the full situation:
3. • It does not show him getting shot outside the zone
4. • It only shows me entering the zone and shooting inside it
5. • There is no clear proof in the clip that I shot him outside the zone Because of this, the situation cannot be fully understood from that POV.

I always record and keep POVs for every event. Unfortunately, in this specific event:
GeForce Experience crashed while saving the clip , The video file became corrupted , I attempted to fix it but was unsuccessful

The exact start and end time of the recording
The times match the event

This was a technical issue, not intentional POV deletion or refusal.

The guy who posted the forum is trying to target my family and me how i see it and doing anything to get us banned i hope you understand me
