Dear Lebron Pluxury,
On January 16, 2026, I was banned for ban evading for ID 37689 by Benny WeshLoco. However, this ban was issued unjustly, as it actually concerned my brother. In principle, the ban is understandable, since we played using the same Wi-Fi network. My brother had violated rule 1.4 several times, which is why my accounts were also banned, as there was a suspicion that they might be his alternative accounts.
I would like to explicitly clarify that my accounts were mistakenly classified as suspected multi-accounts belonging to my brother. In addition, it is important to mention that my brother’s accounts and my own were created on two different PCs. This can and should be verified.
To prove this, I can provide further evidence via Discord (Social Clubs, IPs, PCs, etc.) that clearly demonstrates that the accounts belong to me and are used exclusively by me.
I sincerely apologize that I did not mention more often and, above all, not clearly enough at the time that we are brothers. At that point, I was not aware that this could lead to issues despite using two different computers. I would be very grateful if the case could be reviewed again, as we are obviously—and also based on the available evidence—two different individuals. I love this project very much and would truly like to play on Server 1 again.
I therefore hope for a careful review of my appeal, as it means a great deal to me to be able to play actively again. Please excuse that I did not clearly state earlier that we are two brothers.
