Additional Information
1. Leader of San Andreas National Guard
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1 Interest in disciplined and military-style roleplay
I want to become the leader of the National Guard because I really like disciplined and serious roleplay. NG is not about random actions, it is about order, respect, and teamwork. I enjoy military-style roleplay where rules, ranks, and commands matter, and I want to maintain that seriousness inside the organization.
2.2 Sense of responsibility and leadership
I feel I am responsible and calm enough to lead a government organization like the National Guard. I always try to behave maturely and fairly with others. As a leader, I would listen to my members, guide new recruits properly, and handle situations without ego or anger. I want to create a respectful environment where everyone feels motivated to improve.
2.3 Helping the server and other organizations
The National Guard has an important role in protecting the base, government assets, and supporting LSPD, FIB, and other departments. I want to make sure NG is active and helpful during raids, emergencies, and joint operations. My aim is to make NG reliable so other organizations can depend on us when needed.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
3.1 Proper training and guidance for members
To improve roleplay, I would focus a lot on training. Regular RP-based trainings will help members learn correct military behavior, radio communication, formations, and how to act in different situations. New members should be guided properly instead of being ignored.
3.2 Discipline with fairness
Rules and SOPs should be clear and followed by everyone, including high ranks. Discipline should be strict but fair. Promotions should be based on activity, attitude, and roleplay quality, not on favoritism or friendship.
3.3 More realistic and engaging roleplay
I would encourage realistic roleplay like base inspections, joint operations with LSPD/FIB, emergency response drills, and patrol roleplay. These activities keep members active and improve teamwork, which will raise the overall roleplay quality of the organisation.
