I was killed by the player mentioned in the report without any valid reason or convincing roleplay motive (RP Reason), even in the outer area (Humash).
The 5-second rule was clearly and explicitly violated when the demand was made (Demand), as I was not given enough time to leave or respond before they started shooting.
Everything is fully explained and documented in the attached video as evidence.
Any attempt to deny these facts by the reported player must be supported by their own video evidence proving the opposite of what my evidence shows, as he claimed I was shooting at them.
