Alright, so basically, i got pulled over by a LSPD employee, and since he was starting to give me fines and i thought he was gonna arrest me, i killed him there and then. Thats a full RP reason to kill, and even if you dont agree i have several examples of people getting put in demorgan for RDM and not given a warn. It was one person and there was atleast some RP reason for it, so giving a warn is just favoritism, and i suspect it is because the admin wanted me banned for my third warning.
