1. Loyalty to Families and Its Culture
I want to lead Families because I respect what the gang stands for—loyalty, unity, and brotherhood. Families isn’t just about making money; it’s about having each other’s backs and building something strong together in the city.
2. Keeping Families Active and Respected
My goal as a leader is to keep Families active every day with quality RP. This includes turf RP, recruitment, internal meetings, and conflicts with other gangs while following server rules. I want Families to be known and respected across Los Santos.
3. Strong and Fair Leadership
I believe I have the leadership skills to manage the gang properly. I’m organized, fair, and able to handle problems without unnecessary drama. I want to create a structured gang where members feel valued, listened to, and motivated to stay loyal.

My advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
To improve the RP level, the organization should focus more on quality roleplay rather than just grinding or shooting. Regular gang meetings should be held to discuss storylines, rules, and expectations so everyone understands how to RP properly.
Recruitment should be roleplay-based, not rushed, so new members understand the gang’s culture and values. Training sessions can help members learn realistic gang behavior, communication, and conflict RP.
Finally, leaders should encourage creativity and consequences in RP. Actions should have meaning, and members should stay in character at all times. This will help create more realistic, immersive, and enjoyable roleplay for both the organization and the server.
