1- When First Time I Came in This City I Saw that Many gangs Are not Active So I came To Ballas As It was Active Then I learn Many things Vast RP qualities After That I Became A First Time Deputy and Then i Got To Know How Things Work After That In the next term also i was deputy and we were doing a lot of fun all the Events And Rp Hostage Situation and Robberies.
2- I have Seen Many Gangs Do not Have Active In Night So i will make a Deputy For Night And Do All Events In Night So The Full City Will Fear The Name Of Ballas We will Have a Specific Team For Night and One Deputy To Lead Them So We will Make it 24/7 Active.
3- I have Seen Many Time That Some Leader Are Toxic And do Favoritism So In My Term Those Who will Deserve Will Get rank according to them and In My Term No one Will Do Toxicity If They Do So They Will be Removed Immediately.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1- I will See That The Deputies Should Do Their Work Properly and Manage All The Events Without Any Rulebreak and will ensure that the deputy are wellknow of legal and illegal org.
2- I will also see to it there is no such favouritism so that every guy could get the rank according to their knowledge and turfing skills.
3- We will plant Cannabis and Solar In HQ For Members To give Them A Good Bonus
4-I have one Active Deputy one Day Deputy one Turf Deputy One Night Deputy So We will active 24/7.
1- Keep The Ballas Active 24/7.
2- Create A Strong RP Situation In Events (e.g. - Hostage Situation Store Robbery etc.)
3- Aim To Reach 100% In Turf.
4- Make A Well Organized Graffiti Team And Have Everywhere Spray.
5- No Toxicity+Favouritism.
6- Become The Most Active Gang In Ghetto And Participate In All Events.
7- Make Everyone Fear By Name Of Ballas.
