2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

2.1
Favoritism has been a significant problem for me, particularly within SANG.
There is no respect for the lower-ranked officers and High Command is abusing their power. Sometimes people get promoted just because of personal connections or fake proofs, while we have plenty of hard-working officers who get passed over for people who don't deserve the rank.
Favoritism causes so many problems, like making officers less motivated and causing the low ranks to be totally ignored or looked down on. As General, I want to fix this so things stay fair. I want to make sure ranks are only given to the most hardworking officers, Soldiers and that the low ranks and high command always respect each other. This is going to improve our teamwork and the respect we have within the departments.


2.2 Under my leadership, professionalism will be our top priority. Being part of the National Guard is an opportunity that comes with responsibility, and I do expect everyone to represent us well. Every member should continue to show their value to the team so we can keep moving forward together. Ranks won’t be given out based on past exp or how long someone has been around instead, they will be earned through hard work, activity


2.3 I’m focused on keeping NG organized and fair, And no favouritism is goint to happen its really important for me that NO favouritism is happing in my term as a Leader of NG . When we handle stuff we will do aswell really professionally, we stay reliable for the other Organisationz, ensuring every Unit feels heard and Motivated to the work and to show the max activity, By providing strong, leadership and a fair work that everyone will get there chance to proof them self we dont look down on under rank units everyone is getting treated the same .
