1. My first reason to become leader of Vagos is my knowledge and experience in gangs.I think i have enough knowledge since i become deputy and underdeputy so many times in gangs and im eligible to lead a gang as leader.
2. My other reason of becoming leader of Vagos is i want to increase my lead in ghetto by make my term of the best and
active term. Im hoping in my term ill run of the most active term and ill make history with my respectful people of my gangs who
will help to run a successful term
3. My last reason is to communicate and help people to learn proper roleplay in gangs.Usually whenever anybody dont know rules
i used to help them by teaching them about the ooc rules.So if i become leader i will help my gang members to gain more knowldge about gang and how they can improve roleplay within the organization.

1. I will make sure there is not favouritism going on in the organization in my leadership.I will provide High Command rank to the people
who actually have experience and knowledge about rules.Also i will conduct high command interview to recruit high commands in my gang. I will make sure they are taking proper interview to recruit new member in our organization
2. I will make sure that there is no toxicity in the organization in my leadership.As i never like or never did toxicty so in my leadership i will not let people do toxicity.I will make punishments for who will do toxicity in gang.
3. I will make my gang most active by conducting daily events and activities in ghetto.I will make a pretty much amount bonus
system so people get motivate to go events.Also ill pay bonuses for make the ghetto active.

- Doing as many events as possible to keep members involved with as much RP as possible
