Dear Lebron,
I want to be honest and direct with you, as I am aware that you make the final decision.
I was banned due to a positive PC check result (cleaning). From my point of view, this ban was issued without a strong or valid reason. I did not use cheats, manipulate anything, or attempt to bypass any systems.
The ban occurred because, during the PC check, an application was used that did not function correctly on my PC. I followed all instructions; however, the tool was not compatible with my system, which led to an incorrect or misleading result. This was beyond my control. I cannot be held responsible for how my PC is programmed or configured, or for technical system deviations.
Because of this technical issue, I was completely excluded from turf, which is very difficult for me to accept. I have been actively and fairly turfing for approximately three years, and this is the first time I have experienced such a situation.
In my opinion, a permanent exclusion from turf based solely on a technical system issue is disproportionate, especially when there is no clear evidence of cheating.
Additionally, I find it disappointing that the decision was based exclusively on the technical evaluation of the application used, without considering that technical errors or system deviations can occur. In such cases, I believe a human or professional technical assessment should also be taken into account.
Furthermore, the PC check was concluded in less than 10 minutes, and based on this very short check, a serious and permanent decision was made. From my perspective, this does not reflect a thorough or professional PC check.
I am not writing this message to accuse anyone or to question the rules. I am writing it to honestly explain how it happened from my side and why I believe this decision does not reflect my fair behavior over the past years.
I respectfully ask you to reconsider the situation.
