Dear EN2 Administration Team
i am an old player of Grand RP city 2 and city 3 both
i clearly understand all basic rules and i have been playing en2 for almost 4 yr
this is not a joke for me
i was banned based on only one screenshot provided by the other party
i want clear confirmation whether a ban decision can be made only on a single screenshot
the full situation and full context were not reviewed
i am not a person who abuses anyone without reason
at that time i was verbally abused first including insults toward me and my family
none of that is visible in chat and only voice was used
bcz of that the full pov is missing

i truly appreciate your work and effort
my only request is that you take the full pov from the other side before making a Final Decission
after that whatever decision you take i will fully respect and accept it
