1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I started with these projects many years ago, have gained allot of experience for the past years. I learned all the rules and methods to deal with different languages professionally. I have the confidence and experience to add to the management team with excellent skills and a high ability to solve problems. I have all experience in en1 but i decided to be admin in en3 i know all the stuff

Communication , Professionalism and patience
3. What are your weaknesses?
I overthink sometimes
4. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
Community Leadership, unbiased judgment and Im bilingual I can deal with situations
5. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin)
