In the center of SAHP jurisdiction, intelligence confirms the presence of a black truck positioned at the backside of the area, fully loaded with explosives. Gangs have secretly obtained information about this vehicle and plan to seize it as part of a major terrorist operation intended to spread chaos and strengthen their control. The gang side must engage and fight responding LEO units, secure the truck, and successfully deliver it to Ballas HQ. Law enforcement agencies are aware that gangs are planning to intercept an explosives vehicle but do not have exact details about their positioning or timing. Once contact is made, the situation is expected to escalate into a high-risk confrontation, potentially leading to a large-scale firefight along surrounding routes. If the gangs manage to deliver the explosives-filled truck to Ballas HQ, their terrorist plan will be considered successful and the gang side will win the event. However, if law enforcement intercepts, stops, or secures the truck before it reaches its destination, the operation will fail and the LEO side will be declared the winner.
